The project consisted of an 180,000-square foot manufacturing warehouse. McCown Engineering developed a foundation, roof, and wall design and design drawings for the warehouse. The building was mostly single story with the portions of the operating area two (2) and three (3) levels. The roof and floor structures consisted of structural steel. The foundation consisted of drilled piers supporting column and exterior wall loads and a 10-inch slab on grade to support heavy industrial loads.
